Many abandoned and handicapped children in Bethlehem end up in Hoger Nino Dios (God’s Home for Children).
This organization helps abandoned children, especially children with special needs.
During normal times, many of the tourists provide support for the children. But, now, Bethlehem is closed and The Church of the Nativity is empty. There are no tourists in Bethlehem. The foster home is struggling to make ends meet.
Mohammed Al Shaibat, a good friend to BYU students and families, has supported Hoger Nino Dios for many years.
He is helping them get some very needed training equipment for the children
The children need 3 laptops, 5 Chromebooks and special software for children with special needs.
The goal is $5000
Any donation will be greatly appreciated by Mohammed and Hoger Nino Dios
If you donate $30 or more, Mohammed will give you a Bethlehem baby blanket.
All of the donation goes to Hoger Nino Dios (and a small amount to Mohammed to cover the costs of the blanket.)
