TechCharities partners with organizations like, The Lord’s Hands. Their mission is to help BYU Pathway students in Africa.

Steve K Mutombo serves as the President of The Lord’s Hands. He is a remarkable leader with vision and persistence.  In the picture above, he is standing next to two of his trusted members of his advisory board, Lorri  Cummings and RickHutchins.

Steve, always gracious, sent the following letter to the staff at TechCharities.

Dear Partners at Tech Charity:

Thanks to our partnership, we have been able to reach more students than ever before and equip them with the necessary tools to pursue their academic dreams. The laptops that you have helped us provide have made a significant impact on the lives of these students, enabling them to connect with their teachers and peers, access learning resources, and broaden their horizons.

As of today, a total of 770 laptops have been donated to students in 23 African countries. What an achievement! We have attached herein our 2022 Annual Impact Report for your reference. This report outlines our accomplishments during the past years of operation. You have played a major role in this by sourcing, resetting, packaging, and shipping laptops to Kenya.

Your generosity and commitment to our cause have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for your unwavering support. Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of these students, and we cannot thank you enough.

We look forward to continuing our partnership and working together to make a positive impact in the lives of more students in Africa. Once again, thank you for your support, and we wish you the best in your endeavors.

Sincerely,

Steve K. Mutombo

Donations to The Lord’s Hands along with donations to TechCharities are used to help cover the costs for TechCharities to acquire, refurbish, and ship the computers to the student.
